SHIPPING & RETURNS

Our goal is to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. All orders within the domestic UK will be shipped with Royal mail tracked 48 delivery, on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays).

International orders are shipped with DHL Express, for the fastest and most reliable service.

Shipping is FREE worldwide

For international shipments, customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes. JODIVANESSA is not accountable for any fees charged by customs.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from JODIVANESSA, for a full refund.

If in an unlikely circumstance you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

We will issue a full refund on receipt or exchange the item/s for a different size or colour etc if preferred.

We will then review your request and accept or in an unusual circumstance decline your request.

When accepted we will forward you an email, including your free printable returns label and/or digital barcode that can be shown at your local UPS store.

Once you have sent the parcel to your local Collect+ store, you will then be able to track the shipment. We will notify you once we have received your parcel and begin processing your return.

Please note: You will not be refunded for any costs associated with the original shipment.

1. Enter your email address and order number.

2. Follow the steps and select whether you would like to return your items for store credit or a refund.

3. Once you have completed the returns process and paid for the return via https://returns.dhl.co.uk/ereturns/, you will be emailed a DHL shipping label.

4. Please print out the returns shipping label and apply it to the outside of the box securely. Please use this to cover the original shipping label if possible.

5. Write the original AWB (air waybill number) on the outside of your package. This is the DHL tracking number from your original order. You can find this in your tracking status update emails from DHL. This is a reference number for your DHL courier, so please make sure this is easily visible on the parcel.

6. Place the items you are returning into the order box and seal them up securely.

7. You can now drop your return off at a DHL service point, or you can arrange for your order to be collected from your shipping address. Please visit – https://returns.dhl.co.uk/ereturns/ to organise your collection. Your collection driver may ask you for a commercial invoice for this return. If this happens, please let them know that this is a paperless trade return, and the necessary documentation will be available once the parcel is scanned.

8. Once your order has been received and your items have passed our inspection process, We will process your store credit or refund. You will receive a final update email when your refund or exchange is processed.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, you must first return your original item and place a new order. Depending on the option you choose during the returns process, we will issue you a store credit immediately once your items are approved or issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

REFUNDS

If a refund is selected, all successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Store credit is the quickest option if you would like to order another product in exchange without having to wait for a refund.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

To cancel your order simply contact info@jodivanessa.com , followed by the subject “Order cancellation” including your full name, order number and reason for cancelling. We will then take action immediately.

However if your order has already been processed, you will need to fill out the online returns form and send the item/s back to us.

UNDELIVERED PARCEL

If your parcel is returned back to us as undelivered, your items will be automatically refunded and an email will be sent advising, you will have to place the order again.

Your parcel will be held at the post office for 18 days and this is your responsibility to arrange for a re-delivery, please check your tracking at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
